At The Little Box, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Sale, discounted, or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Proof of Purchase & Packaging Record

  • When you receive our products, please make a record for proof, such as videos, to help with any potential issues.

  • The Little Box will also create a video recording while packaging your product to ensure transparency and confirm the item’s condition before shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after returning your item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Thelittlebox56@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.

6. How to Return

  2. We will share return instructions and address details.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
